Foundry

High Alloy and Iron casting foundry under one roof with melting capacity of 200 tons of Fe and non-Fe based alloys. Our foundry shop is equipped with auto sand and shell molding facilities engaged with casting of special alloys. More than 20 skilled workers makes our dream possible by offering their high end skills and enthusiasm to offer high quality and defect free products casted in our own foundry unit.

Machining

Our CNC machining facility equipped with modern CNC turning machines offer very high precision valve train components. With our expertise to deal with variety of alloys while machining we are able to offer precision measurement control. We also have dedicated grinding and drilling shops to settle different operational requirements for machining of Valve seats and Valve Guides. Our machine shop has 14 skilled workers and other semi skilled workers who can handle the dimensional properties of the components.
